Associate Software Tester Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
2. Develop, document, and maintain test cases, scripts, and data.
3. Execute manual and automated test cases to identify bugs and ensure the software meets business requirements.
4. Collaborate with developers to perform root cause analysis of issues and provide suggestions for resolution.
5. Track, report, and manage bugs using bug tracking tools.
6. Conduct performance, scalability, regression, and usability testing.
7. Verify fixes and ensure bugs are effectively resolved.
8. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide testing updates.
9. Create and maintain test documentation, including reports on testing progress, coverage, and results.
10. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, industry best practices, and customer requirements.
