Key Responsibilities:
1. User research & testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
2. Wireframes & prototypes: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that bring ideas to life and ensure seamless user flows.
3. Visual design: Create clean, modern, and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
4. User experience: Optimize user experiences by balancing business goals with the needs of our users, ensuring a cohesive journey across all touchpoints.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into functional and engaging designs.
6. Iterative design: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback, testing results, and evolving project needs.
7. Design systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
2. Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Design skills: Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design principles.
4. UX expertise: Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
5. Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex design challenges with creativity and attention to detail.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 11:00 am - 7:00 pm India Standard Time)
