Associate Video Editor Job (Remote)

We're looking for a talented Video Editor who can take our provided reference videos and raw footage to craft compelling, original short-form content in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze reference videos to understand the desired style and tone.

Edit raw footage provided into captivating short-form content (15-60 seconds) for various social media platforms.

Implement engaging cuts, transitions, and effects to maintain a dynamic flow.

Add graphics, captions, and other visual enhancements to ensure high viewer retention.

Deliver polished videos within tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Produce a minimum of one high-quality video per day, consistently meeting deadlines.
Collaborate with our creative team to refine and iterate on content as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in video editing, specifically in short-form content (please include links to your portfolio or previous work).

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of trends and formats for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Ability to turn around projects quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.

Ideal to have proficiency in capcut.
