We are seeking experienced, creative 'Social Media Video Editors' to join our media team and contribute to giving free boxing education to people around the world. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and producing social media videos for the various platforms, IG, TikTok, and YT Shorts that drive engagement, growth, and revenue for the company.
The pay will be based + on performance commissions & bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Edit existing long-form content that resonates with the audience and drives engagement across social media platforms.
2. Comply with and utilize our systems for clip coordination, pulling content, uploading, and revisions.
3. Participate in short daily or weekly growth meetings (via Zoom) with your team leader and account managers.
4. Complete a short daily SOD (start of day) report with the videos you plan on working on, followed by an EOD report (end of day report) showing what you completed that day.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a social media video editor, preferably working with other education platforms, where you have cut from long form to short form.
2. Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, editing styles & best practices.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. (10/10 English grammar is a must)
4. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to work on weekends/after hours if and when needed.
Experience:
Video editing: 2 years experience with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro (Our training process pairs with Adobe Premiere.)
