About the job

As an 'Associate WordPress Developer', you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from customizing WordPress themes to developing plugins and implementing new features. You will collaborate with our team of designers and developers to create cutting-edge websites for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developing and customizing WordPress themes to meet client requirements.
2. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on WordPress sites.
4. Collaborating with designers to implement new features and functionality.
5. Testing and optimizing websites for speed and performance.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and modern front-end frameworks.
2. Strong experience on WordPress: Custom theme and plugin development, customization, and WooCommerce integration.
3. Hands-on experience with Squarespace and Webflow customization and development.
4. Familiarity with PHP and MySQL for WordPress back-end customization.
5. Experience with Gutenberg blocks, Elementor, or other page builders is a plus.
6. Knowledge of REST APIs and headless CMS development is a bonus.
7. Basic understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
