About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Handle client queries on chat and e-mails
2. Identify and assess the client's needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Educate current and potential clients with product and service information
4. Resolve client complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Note: Preference will be given to those with co-curricular participation.
