About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create conversion goals for e-commerce services and business commercials and achieve them
2. Generate Excel reports, conversion reports, sales data, trends, length of sales cycles, and lead aging
3. Present and sell company products and services to potential clients
4. Understand customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve providing technical descriptions of products
5. Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors
6. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Identify opportunities for clients to use the digital platforms to enhance their overall presence
7. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Clear communication and active listening skills

Basic computer skills to interpret data to achieve company goals

Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions

MBA/PGDM in advertising, communication, marketing, or any related field

Work experience of 6 months to 1 year

Prior internship experience with agency setups will be an advantage

Passion for integrated communications and being a creative thinker

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Strategic planning and effective English communication and writing skills are required for proposal writing to clients

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
