Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and drive sales and business opportunities through the Government E-Marketplace (GEM), focusing on government bids and tenders via the GEM/E-Procurement Portal.
2. Update product/service catalogs on the GEM portal, including adding new products, specifications, and prices.
3. Prepare and submit tender documents in the specified formats within the required timeframes on the GEM portal.
4. Strong knowledge of government tender filing processes, both online and offline, including submission of various bids such as Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid, and Normal Bid.
5. Coordinate with relevant government officials and track the progress of tenders.
6. Handle a high volume of customer inquiries related to the GEM portal.
7. Serve as the point of contact for government agencies or personnel.
8. Maintain and update lists of relevant government agencies and contacts.
9. Build and maintain relationships with government departments and authorities to expand opportunities.
10. Address and resolve GEM-related queries from clients.
11. Collaborate with staff members to understand business needs and resolve any arising issues.
12. Coordinate with OEMs on behalf of the organization.
13. Work with the management team to evaluate and pursue new business opportunities.
14. Provide MIS reporting and documentation on a daily basis.
15. Manage authorization and product approval processes for partners.
16. Keep the project execution updated and report progress to the Head of Department (HOD).
17. Submit proposals professionally and ensure timely delivery.
