Job Description
WeHire Talent Solutions is hiring for a remote Language Interpreter role, offering a flexible work-from-home opportunity. This role is ideal for native Bengali speakers who possess strong communication skills in English. As a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate seamless communication between English and Bengali-speaking clients across diverse professional settings, such as customer service, healthcare, and legal contexts. The position requires interpreters to work five days per week, with two rotational days off, and includes night shifts and a 24/7 rotational schedule, ensuring availability to meet client needs. Successful candidates must be comfortable with both phone and video call interpretations, providing accurate and culturally appropriate translations to support clear and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Accurate Real-Time Interpretation: Interpret live conversations between English and Bengali speakers, maintaining accuracy and ensuring that the message's meaning, tone, and cultural context are preserved.
2. Support in Varied Professional Environments: Interpret for diverse client interactions, including customer service, healthcare consultations, and professional settings, requiring high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
3. Flexibility in Scheduling: Work across various shifts, including nights, within a 24/7 rotational framework, to meet client demands. Ensure availability and adapt to shift requirements.
4. Technical Proficiency and Professionalism: Be adept at using interpretation software and video call platforms. Maintain professionalism in virtual settings, handling conversations with sensitivity and respect for privacy
5. Adhere to Quality Standards: Follow company guidelines on interpretation quality, ethical standards, and confidentiality, ensuring accurate and culturally sensitive communication.
Compensation
Salary: Up to 45,000 INR CTC per month, depending on experience, last drawn salary, and interview performance.
