WeHire Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Language Interpreter for a remote, work-from-home position. This opportunity is ideal for native Bengali speakers with excellent English communication skills who can facilitate clear and effective interactions between Bengali and English-speaking clients. As a Language Interpreter, you will support various professional settings, including customer service, healthcare, and legal contexts. This role requires availability for a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts, with five workdays per week and two rotational days off. Candidates should be comfortable conducting interpretations over both phone and video calls, ensuring culturally appropriate and accurate translations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver Real-Time Interpretation: Accurately interpret live conversations between Bengali and English speakers, preserving the message's tone, meaning, and cultural context.
2. Support Across Professional Settings: Provide interpretation for client interactions in diverse environments such as customer service and healthcare consultations, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
3. Adapt to Flexible Scheduling: Work within a 24/7 rotating schedule, including night shifts, to meet client needs. Flexibility to adapt to varied shift patterns is required.
4. Demonstrate Technical Proficiency and Professionalism: Proficiently use interpretation software and video platforms, maintaining professionalism in virtual settings and respecting client privacy.
5. Uphold Quality and Ethical Standards: Adhere to company guidelines on quality, ethics, and confidentiality, ensuring culturally sensitive and accurate communication.
Compensation
Salary: Up to 45,000 INR CTC per month, based on experience, last drawn salary, and interview performance.
