About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate interpretation services between English and Bengali for voice processes.
2. Handle video calls for effective communication when voice queries remain unresolved.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
2. Native Bengali speakers only.
3. 5-day workweek with 2 rotational offs.
4. Comfortable with night shifts and 24/7 rotational shifts.
5. Must be comfortable with video calls.
6. Indian citizenship is mandatory.
