Maker's Row is dedicated to connecting brands with top factories and manufacturers. We're looking for a 'Data Entry Specialist' who is not only fast and accurate but also thoughtful in their approach to research and lead generation. As a key part of our high-performance team, you'll be integral in building comprehensive profiles and executing outreach to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Factory research: Identify and research factories domestically and internationally, focusing on their capabilities, specialties, and production capacities.
2. Profile creation: Accurately input data to create detailed profiles for each factory in our CRM system.
3. Lead generation: Identify and gather emails of key decision-makers at each factory.
4. Outreach execution: Assist in executing lead-generation outreach to potential clients and factory partners.
5. Data accuracy: Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all data entry tasks.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in prospecting efforts.
1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
2. Candidate must be available to work from 6:30 pm - 3:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)
1. Proven experience in data entry, research, or lead generation roles.
2. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and data entry tools.
6. High level of proficiency in finding and verifying contact information.
7. Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Annual CTC: $ 4,200 - 5,100 /year
