We seek a skilled & experienced business manager with a strong lending background for an initial 1-year contract (renewable with relocation to Singapore/Jakarta). You will analyze business needs, develop a comprehensive business plan, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create detailed business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Requirements:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand the lending domain's business objectives, challenges, & needs
- Gather, document, & prioritize business requirements for consolidation loans and refinancing
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals
2. Solution Design & Implementation:
- Manage, design, and implement credit products and underwriting engine, ensuring seamless integration with external partners' digital applications and other systems
- Work closely with the product, engineering, and design teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements
- Ensure the proposed solutions adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
3. Subject-matter expertise:
- Provide subject expertise (SME) in consumer lending and credit underwriting products
- Conduct gap analysis/recommend solutions
4. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between the leadership team, business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and success
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the fintech and retail banking sectors in Indonesia and SE Asia
