Business Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Define and manage user journeys with end-to-end ownership providing actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation
2. Identify organic use cases for different cohorts of users and create coherent journeys involving on/off-app user touchpoints
3. Identify existing white spaces in user journeys on Swiggy and pitch Dineout to users with non-monetary benefits to increase user acquisition
4. Work with cross-functional teams to ideate, iterate, and run experiments to improve the performance of journeys through product and non-product levers
5. Establish KPIs for all journeys and regularly monitor performance, analyze data to make informed decisions, and adjust strategies as needed
6. Lead the discounting strategy and the DPO for central campaigns
7. Manage RU CvR for current growth campaigns (One TUs, 90D+ TUs, Users @ 1, and 2 Txns)
8. Manage CPiO for campaigns aimed at getting incremental NUs via cross-pollination
9. Identify a combination of Rx-TU sets that would give maximum incrementality for tactical discount campaigns
10. Ideate, build, and implement various experiments to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of discounts


NOTE: 1. Employees will work remotely throughout the year with mandatory quarterly in-person meetups in Bangalore
2. Employees may be requested by the BU head to come to the office for critical projects and are expected to oblige
