We are looking to hire a business development associate with exceptional skills in English proficiency both spoken and written, in digital marketing, effective communication, sales, and marketing. Business development at Addictive Media is a different affair. No cold calling or running after a client asking for a meeting. We do business on our own terms in an extremely professional manner with 2 primary goals in mind: client needs and revenue generation. Yes, both of them are equally important to us. So on a typical day, the BD executive at Addictive Media will be talking to a varied list of clients, understanding their needs, and proposing the solutions and services we provide.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on hand-holding clients' journey in digital marketing and partnering with them in growing the role of digital in the marketing mix
2. Work on being a leader and develop innovative and efficient marketing strategies and ensure quality delivery
3. Work with cross-functional teams to design campaigns to drive sales
4. Work on being adept at writing proposals, preparing presentations, and communicating with prospective clients
5. Understand typical documentation like an RFP from an international client to a tender by a government organization
6. Maintain relationships with key clients by providing timely information on product updates
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and recommend improvements
Skills & Requirements:
1. Female candidates only
2. A bachelor s and/or master s degree is preferred (but not mandatory)
3. Previous experience in a related sales position preferred
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
