We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic business development executive to join our team and help us expand our network of franchises across India. You will be the main point of contact for our existing and potential franchise partners, and you will assist them in growing their business on amazon.in by providing them with guidance, support and motivation.
Key responsibilities:
1. Communicate with franchise partners regularly via phone, email and chat to understand their needs, challenges and goals
2. Provide franchise partners with training, coaching and feedback on how to improve their performance, sales and customer satisfaction on amazon.in
3. Monitor and analyse franchise partners' data and metrics to identify areas of improvement, best practices and opportunities for growth
4. Develop and implement strategies and action plans to help franchise partners achieve their targets and objectives on amazon.in
5. Resolve franchise partners' issues and queries promptly and effectively, and escalate them to the relevant departments when necessary
6. Maintain and update franchise partners' records and information in the CRM system.
7. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with franchise partners and foster a culture of trust, collaboration and loyalty
8. Identify and recruit new franchise partners who meet the criteria and standards of the company and amazon.in
9. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities and threats in the industry
At least 6 months of experience
