About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and target potential clients within the education and immigration industry
2. Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into clients
3. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
4. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
5. Create and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our services and attract potential clients
6. Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and industry events, to reach the target audience
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling promotional materials and engaging content
8. Conduct proactive cold calls and follow-up communications to engage potential clients
9. Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
10. Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services
11. Set ambitious sales targets and consistently strive to exceed them
12. Monitor sales metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
13. Implement strategies to overcome sales obstacles and objections, ensuring the achievement of sales goals

Requirements:

1. The student should have a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. Prior experience in the immigration industry is preferred (but not mandatory)
3. Self-motivated and results-oriented
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to effectively utilize marketing and cold-calling techniques

Note: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented business development associate to join our dynamic team. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales and acquire new clients for our educational consulting services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Prior experience in the immigration industry is preferred.
