Business Development Associate Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and retain a world-class team focused on delivering according to business objectives
2. Ensure all data is captured, tracked, and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system
3. Deliver information on programs, promotions, and products via phone, email, fax, etc.
4. Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
5. Influence (or impact or promote) market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
6. Work on achieving various business objectives
7. Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan
8. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around virtual and augmented reality services
9. Influence (or impact or promote) customer adoption
10. Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports
11. Work with partners to extend reach & influence (or impact or promote) adoption
12. Possess the technical ability to explain virtual and augmented reality
13. Develop case studies
14. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
15. Ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

1. 0-3 years of experience in technology-related sales; marketing or business development
2. BA/BS degree required (MBA is a plus)
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Extensive experience in managing a results-driven team
5. Extensive customer & contact network
6. Sales experience with virtualization/infrastructure solutions is a bonus
7. Knowledge of Linkedin Sales Navigator would be an added advantage
8. Fluent in English
9. Expect moderate travel
