Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Source potential leads through market research
2. Determine alignment between customer's needs and our product
3. Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers and key accounts
4. Give demo and onboard customers onto the platform
5. Meet sales targets of multiple offering
6. Deploy products and work on articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations
7. Ensure customer satisfaction leads to higher sales conversions and retention
8. Gather consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements
