About the job

As the SaaS business development manager at Quest Labs by Astar Infotech, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and establishing Quest Labs as a leader in AI-driven personalization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, with a focus on SaaS, e-commerce, and digital marketing sectors.
2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective and existing client companies.
3. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with Quest Labs' growth objectives.
4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Quest Labs' AI-powered personalization products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
5. Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing how Quest Labs' solutions can meet the specific needs of prospective clients.
6. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth.
7. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
8. Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands, and leverage this knowledge to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
10. Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the executive team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Other requirements

1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

2. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing industries, with experience selling into these sectors.

3. Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

4. Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients at all levels.

5. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, sales tools, and technology to manage the sales process and track performance.

6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive business growth and market expansion.

7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a startup mentality.

8. Self-Motivated: Highly driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

9. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
