Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling:
Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening

2. Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements

3. Follow-Up Calls:
Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert prospects into clients
Ensure timely follow-up on all client inquiries and proposals

4. Sales Support:
Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

5. Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies

6. Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions
