Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1.Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Analyze competitors and their activities to enhance the company's competitive edge.
Identify potential markets, industries, and customer segments to target.

2. Lead Generation & Relationship Building
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and clients in CRM systems.

3. Sales & Proposal Development
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet both client needs and the company's objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.

4. Strategic Partnerships
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to create joint business opportunities.
Negotiate and manage partnerships and alliances to maximize revenue potential.

5. Target Achievement
Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Forecast sales projections and manage budgets related to business development activities.

6. Client Retention
Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to client onboarding and account management.
Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or challenges to foster long-term relationships.
