Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
2. Call 65-70 leads every day
3. Set up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generate Trial Classes and Assessments by pitching parents to take Counseling Shortcuts Trial Classes and AI-Powered Career Assessments
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve the department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis (3L revenue per month)
7. Go the extra mile to drive sales

1. This job post includes a one-month training program. Candidates are not required to pay any amount during training
2. During the training, we will actively guide you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs aimed at providing you with an overall learning experience, along with a paid stipend along the journey

4. You are required to use the right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period, hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S)
5. Attendance of 90% is mandatory in one month of training
