Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:


1. Provide counseling sessions to advise students and parents about their learning needs
2. Schedule and conduct daily online demo sessions, including follow-up sessions
3. Understand customer profiles and problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods
4. Create the need for smart learning solutions and advise student-parents on subscriptions
5. Handle objections and negotiate prices to generate sales revenue
6. Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales skills to exceed sales targets
7. Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly revenue goals
8. Build a strong sales pipeline and maintain consistency in sales
9. Perform effective online and offline demos to prospective customers

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in the E-Learning industry (mandatory)
2. Proven inside sales experience with a track record of over-achieving targets
3. Knowledge of e-learning for K-12 and working professional courses
4. Experience working with sales tools like CRM
5. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong understanding of student and parent behavior
7. Enthusiastic and relentless in achieving and exceeding business targets
8. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
9. Outstanding communication skills in English and the regional language
10. Confident with strong presentation skills
11. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
12. Open to working 6 days a week
