1. Identify potential leads, conduct cold calls, and manage follow-ups to build a solid pipeline of prospective customers
2. Effectively communicate the value of our CRM software, addressing client needs and concerns, and providing live demonstrations when needed
3. Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, propose solutions, and negotiate pricing to close deals
4. Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to maximize upselling opportunities and gather feedback
5. Track all interactions, customer information, and sales activities within the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and performance analysis
6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
