1. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
2. Generating new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
3. Conducting sales presentations and pitches to potential clients to showcase our products and services
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
6. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
7. Providing regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and progress

2. Selection process: HR round followed by sales manager round
3. Shifts: 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
4. Working days: 6 days (Sunday is off)
