Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Diagnose business problems through phone or Zoom conversations with entrepreneurs
2. Provide suggestions to scale businesses and enroll them into our program designed to launch and scale online consulting businesses to 1Cr/year or more
3. Follow a proven sales process to achieve exceptional results
4. Collaborate with the sales manager to improve internal processes

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of closing deals and being at the top of your sales leaderboard
2. Experience with higher-ticket service offerings and the consultative selling style (appreciated)
3. Highly coachable with a hunger for success and comfort with commission-based work
4. Ability to identify and correct errors independently without needing constant sales coaching
5. Excellent independent self-starter with a collaborative approach to process improvement
6. Commitment to a long-term role rather than a temporary job change
