Business Development Associate Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Nurture new leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to take a demo with an advisor
2. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
3. Identify the needs of prospects, suggest appropriate products or services, and ensure consistent achievement of qualified opportunity quota
4. Achieve student admission targets and contribute to overall sales objectives.
5. Understand customer needs and requirements, and pitch suitable programs.
6. Diligently update our CRM tools to stay current on leads and follow-ups
7. Conducting secondary research for lead generation over whereas platforms to increase the business requirements aligning positive prospects
8. Work closely with the sales managers in the lifecycle of the lead, even after handover
9. Close the leads within a short period of time and go the extra mile to achieve the set target needed to build continuous follow-ups.
