We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our IT consulting firm on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, driving sales, and building long-term business relationships. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a strong network, excellent sales skills, and experience in IT consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT consulting services.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
3. Pitch and present our IT solutions to prospective clients, addressing their business needs.
4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
5. Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
6. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and provide regular sales reports.
Compensation & benefits:

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
