5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
6. Training & Development: Complete the mandatory 4-day training program before independently handling responsibilities.
7. Adherence to Policies: Maintain compliance with company guidelines and uphold ethical standards in all sales activities.
