About the job

As a Business Development Executive at Perseusask, you will have the unique opportunity to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers for our B2C products and services. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of our company and expanding our market presence. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who possesses a strong understanding of sales, sales pitch, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in spoken Hindi is a must to effectively communicate with our target audience.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels to generate leads
2. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to showcase the value proposition of our products and services
3. Lead negotiations with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition
5. Continuously analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth
6. Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients
7. Keep abreast of industry developments and recommend innovative approaches to drive business success

Other requirements

Proven experience in sales and cold calling

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet challenging targets

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Availability for office hours [8-9 Hours per day]

Qualifications:

Must be the 12th pass

Previous sales experience is preferred, but freshers can apply

Technical requirements:

Laptop or desktop computer

Stable and reliable internet connection

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
