Business Development Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Sell resume writing and other candidate services to customers through inside sales activities
2. Prospect and build a sales pipeline
3. Search and identify potential buyers, establish contacts, generate orders, and maintain a relationship with the clients
4. Understand the technicalities of our products and services to provide effective solutions to clients
5. Conduct cold-calling activities to generate new leads and opportunities for the business
6. Use various communication channels (call, email, WhatsApp) to maintain relationships with clients and follow up on leads
7. Operate the CRM (customer relationship management) systems and work as a point of contact throughout the sales and service delivery as well as handle inquiries and other customer concerns

Skills & Requirements:

1. Graduation (in any stream) with relevant experience of 0-2 years
2. Excellent communication skills in English and ability to hold a conversation with any level of customers
3. Not afraid to cold call or talk to senior customers
4. Brilliant listening and convincing skills and should be able to understand customer s requirements
5. Bonus points if the candidate is knowledgeable about the various employable industries and verticals and is comfortable in understanding job profiles, JDs, resumes, etc., and has working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
