About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist to educate about our workshop and courses to an existing customer base
2. Work to onboard new leads/customers and educate them about the workshops and courses
3. Work to pitch to prospective clients
4. Keep regular interaction with the customer
5. Identify business opportunities and focus on relationship building

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹16,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
