Kaarwan was formed by a group of architects from IIT Roorkee. We organize educational travel workshops to explore & promote traditional practices and revive indigenous skills. We hope to create awareness about the core issues of our country by taking along young professionals on travels across the country to help them understand such problems early in their careers and direct their energies toward solving them.
1. Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the education sector
2. Interested in mentoring & guiding students
3. Having a knack for sales
4. Good interpersonal & presentation skills
5. Architecture or interior background candidates will be preferred
6. Ability to commute/relocate
7. Education: bachelor's (preferred)
8. Experience: 1 year preferred
Annual CTC: 2 - 3 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
