About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop good relationships with current and potential clients
2. Work on developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
3. Work on reviewing the client's feedback and implementing necessary changes
4. Contact potential clients through cold calls, cold emails, and social messaging to generate meetings


1. An enthusiastic individual with skills
2. Graduate in any stream or equivalent
3. Self-motivated, data-driven, and result-oriented individual
4. Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and active listening)
5. Interest in multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
6. Prior sales experience would be preferred

Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
