Key responsibilities:

1. Searching for clients, retailers, and distributors in your area
2. Contacting them and scheduling meetings
3. Explaining auto spare parts products along with presentation and brochure
4. Taking the order and placing it in the main office
5. Getting repeat orders from existing retailers
6. Selecting company franchise and distributor

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
