Business Development Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle recruitment and training of campus ambassadors from universities across the country (recruit, train, and build the campus ambassadors/campus leaders at the pan-India level)
2. Handle collaborations with college/universities clubs/societies/communities to drive tech analogy programs, and oversee the establishment of brand value in colleges/universities at the pan India level
3. Oversee brand/industry collaborations and engage in an effective brand/industry relationship
4. Manage the prospects generated and convert them to sales with your whole team
5. Conduct market research for developing business and market penetration strategies, lead the team in exploring the needs and demands of the audience, and making plans and strategies to target the audience
6. Lead expansions in new markets to get a higher target audience and handle the operations for the same
7. Handle continuous improvement on conversion rates by fine-tuning sales pitches and working on the loopholes in the modus operandi
8. Manifest, and curate the logistics for technical/non-technical challenges cum constraints
9. Set up meetings with the team members as well as potential clients and work on the other responsibilities given by the company
10. Handle revenue generation for the company by building your own sales team
