Business Development Executive Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct field visits to engage potential customers and promote the company s products.
2. Research the target market and identify prospective clients.
3. Attend face-to-face meetings with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences and to effectively close sales deals.
4. Demonstrate products and services as required by clients and management.
5. Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary, optimizing time management for maximum efficiency.
6. Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
7. Ensure comprehensive product knowledge among oneself and fellow sales team members through various resources.
8. Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation.
9. Collaborate closely with the sales manager to meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
10. Accurately input all sales-related data into the company system for record-keeping and analysis.
11. Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat business and cross-sell additional products.
12. Offer assistance and support to other members of the sales team as needed.
13. Pursue leads generated by other departments to capitalize on potential sales opportunities.
14. Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
