We are seeking a proactive and driven business development executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and pitching our range of services that can significantly benefit their operations. This role requires a high degree of autonomy in lead generation and the ability to craft and present compelling proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Independently find and generate new leads for potential sales of web and app development and staff augmentation services.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through various channels including LinkedIn sales navigator and other sales tools.
3. Pitch tailored solutions to prospective clients by understanding their business needs and how our services can add value.
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals effectively.
5. Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience as a business development executive or similar role in the IT industry, with a successful track record in closing web and app development projects.
2. Strong understanding of web and app development services and industry standards.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals.
4. Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales engagement platforms.
5. Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
6. Strategic thinker with a keen interest in building relationships with technology-driven businesses.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
