The role of the business development executive involves generating sales by reaching out to customers in the assigned regions. You will be representing the company's products or services and working to build long-term relationships with customers to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting: Identify & approach potential customers within assigned territories to introduce our products & create sales opportunities.
2. Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements & contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction & achieve targets.
3. Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities & market feedback to the sales manager.
Requirements:
1. Must have at least 2 years of experience in the sales industry.
2. Preferably from the construction industry.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to generate sales and meet revenue targets.
5. Must be comfortable working in designated geographical areas.
Note: We are hiring for the following locations: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Baleswar, Bhadrak, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Khordha, and Puri.
