About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Market research and analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and evaluate market competitiveness
2. Lead generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales prospecting to build a robust pipeline of potential clients
3. Client acquisition: Reach out to potential clients through various channels (emails, calls, social media) to pitch Dzylo's services/products, aiming to secure new business partnerships
4. Relationship management: Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty by addressing their needs effectively
5. Negotiation and closure: Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring the terms are favorable for both Dzylo and its clients
6. Revenue growth: Drive sustainable financial growth by achieving or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's overall revenue objectives
7. Strategic planning: Participate in strategic planning with senior management, providing insights from market and client feedback to inform business strategies
8. Product development input: Offer input to product development teams based on market feedback and client demands, helping tailor Dzylo's offerings to meet market needs
9. Reporting and analysis: Regularly report on business development activities, analyzing performance against goals to continually refine strategies for improved outcomes
