Department: Business Development
Job Nature: Full-time, work from home, target-based
Language Proficiency: Hindi and English
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm (with flexibility for client interactions)
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls/messages
2. Initiate counseling calls to filtered leads
3. Record and update lead details in CRM
4. Call/message leads (100+ dialing daily)
5. Perform follow-ups and facilitate admissions
6. Assist in fee payments
7. Assign enrolled students to mentors
8. Collaborate with the admission team for university admissions
Selection process:

3. Final round interview (Google Meet)
