Business development executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
2. Create engaging sales pitches and presentations to attract potential clients.
3. Conduct thorough business research to identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
4. Utilize English proficiency in spoken and written communication to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
5. Utilize MS-Excel and MS-Office to track sales data, analyze trends, and generate reports for management.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
7. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to build and maintain client relationships.

1. Bachelors degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
2. 0 - 3 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
6. Shift timing: 10 AM to 7 PM - Monday to Saturday (remote)
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 4,80,000 /year
