About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Client identification & prospecting: Identify potential businesses and organizations in need of HR services.
2. Lead generation & outreach: Use various channels to generate leads and approach prospective clients.
3. Client needs assessment: Engage with potential clients to understand their HR needs and offer tailored solutions.
4. Sales presentation & proposal development: Present HR services and prepare proposals.
5. Negotiation & deal closure: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to close deals.
6. Relationship building & account management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
7. Market expansion & sales target achievement: Focus on acquiring new clients and meeting sales targets.
8. Collaboration with internal teams: Work with HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
9. Industry knowledge & trend awareness: Stay updated on HR trends and competitor offerings.
10. Reporting & documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
