Key Responsibilities: This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) at The 10X Agency. As a BDA, you will be responsible for driving business growth and creating new opportunities for the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, creating sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective business development plans.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development or a related field
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies
7. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
8. Previous experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
These are full-time, remote work possibilities that are permanent
Salary between 10,000 and 15,000 INR a month
Incentives up to 15K INR
You will have a first 15-day probationary period during which you must close two to three sales to get a position with our organization
You must make 60–70 calls every day using follow-up techniques
10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday
There will be a monthly target of 8–10 Sales only
Hindi and English are both mandatory
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
