Key responsibilities:
1. Dial 50-80+ calls daily and counsel students interested in our products/services
2. Arrange and conduct video call meetings with students to enhance counseling sessions
3. Schedule free demo lectures with mentors for students as needed
4. Generate revenue monthly, aiming for at least 10 times your fixed monthly CTC
5. Maintain a sales administration pipeline using CRM software
6. Work under pressure to meet targets in this hardcore sales profile
7. Be flexible to work additional days and hours as required
