Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure a robust, diverse vendor pool.
2. Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and capabilities.
3. Address and resolve vendor issues promptly.
4. Ensure a high quality of vendor-provided resources and maintain a low rejection rate.
5. Align vendor payment cycles with client payment schedules.
6. Monitor and support ongoing deployments to ensure stability and quality.
7. Achieve successful deployments monthly.
8. Update and maintain data in the vendor management portal.
9. Collaborate with the client-facing team to address and strategies the market and business trends.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
- 1-5 relevant years of work experience in BD/ consultative sales
- Excellent business writing and fluent English language proficiency.
- BSc/BA/B.Tech or relevant field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- High level of self-confidence, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
- Excellent email etiquette skills.
- Ability to critically assess own performance.
- Comfortable in dealing with senior management.
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other persons point of view.\
