Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead generation:
a. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels including networking, market research, industry events, and cold outreach.
b. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
c. Utilize CRM and other tools to track leads and manage client interactions.

2. Client conversion:
a. Engage with prospective clients to understand their specific needs and propose customized solutions.
b. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into clients.
c. Develop and implement strategies to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

3. Client management:
a. Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for client communications.
b. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and resolving any issues promptly.
c. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and maintain service quality.

4. Market analysis and strategy development:
a. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform and refine the business development strategy.
b. Identify potential market segments and explore innovative ways to penetrate those markets.
c. Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic insights to senior management.

5. Collaboration and communication:
a. Collaborate with marketing, product, and service delivery teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
b. Regularly update the team on client feedback and market insights to inform product development and service improvements.
c. Foster a team-oriented, collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional knowledge-sharing.

6. Performance tracking and reporting:
a. Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales goals in alignment with the company's business objectives.
b. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, client engagement, and revenue projections.
c. Use data to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and make recommendations for efficiency improvements.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

6. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
