You will be responsible for applying different sales strategies and working with dedication to increase sales. Your ultimate goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Handle recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
3. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
4. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
5. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field
2. 4 - 8 Years of Experience in sales, marketing or related field

6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
7. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
8. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
