Key responsibilities:
1. Sales & Lead Conversion:
Lead Management: Contact and follow up with potential students/parents who request callbacks through our website, social media, and other channels.
Consultative Selling: Understand student needs, explain course offerings, and persuade them to enroll.
Follow-up & Nurturing: Proactively follow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to maximize conversion rates.
Data Management: Maintain and update records of leads, interactions, and enrollment status in Excels/ other tracking systems.
Stay Updated on SAT & College Admissions Trends: Stay informed about updates in the SAT format, scoring system, and testing policies. Keep up with evolving college admissions requirements, test-optional policies, and application trends.
2. Business Growth & Expansion:
Ideate and implement strategic projects at DeeSAT aimed at improving business.
Sales Strategy: Develop and refine the sales pitch, identify key objections from customers, and optimize our approach.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze lead conversion rates, sales trends, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in our internal & external process to drive productivity.
Market Research: Identify new customer segments, potential partnerships, and emerging trends in the test prep industry.
Referral & Outreach Programs: Develop referral strategies and collaborate with schools, student groups, and influencers to increase reach.
3. Branding & Marketing:
Collateral Development: Assist in creating sales decks, brochures, FAQs, and other marketing materials.
Social Media & Digital Outreach: Provide insights for digital marketing campaigns and support outreach efforts.
Event Management: Help organize webinars, demo classes, and student engagement events to attract leads.
Cross-Functional Contributions:
Strategy & Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational and strategic improvement, from lead generation to student engagement.
New Initiatives: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the company's success.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Gather feedback from students/parents to improve our offerings.
Coordinate the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
Monitor program progress and performance metrics, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Lead a cross-functional team of professionals from various functions to execute program initiatives.
