Business Development Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive student enrollment in the Vrcyn PTS program
2. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
3. Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge and sales techniques
4. Monitor the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and effective use of CRM software
5. Build and maintain relationships with students and educational institutions, gathering feedback for improvement
6. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns targeting students
7. Analyze sales data to track performance and prepare reports for management
8. Establish partnerships with schools and colleges to expand program reach
9. Oversee the sales budget to maximize resource allocation and ROI
10. Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the enrollment process and address student concerns promptly
